Oval porthole windows in the center section provide additional natural light. Separate side entrance doors are constructed using the same type of panel, creating a uniform overall appearance.

Sectional doors made of steel sandwich panels in RAL 5010 with integrated finger protection. A window section with an aluminum frame and double-pane insulated glass made of durable acrylic provides natural light. When the lintel height is low, the door panel is guided horizontally into the interior using standard hardware.

Sectional doors made of powder-coated aluminum window frames in RAL 7016, also featuring finger-pinch protection. The large window area allows for maximum natural light, while a steel bottom section provides high mechanical protection. With the lifting mechanism, the door panel first moves partially upward vertically and is then redirected horizontally.

Sectional doors made entirely of aluminum window sections. For special applications, such as car wash bays, the door hardware is made of stainless steel. Thanks to the high ceiling, the door panel can move completely vertically upward in the vertical hinge and does not protrude into the interior.

Simple sectional door made of 40-mm-thick insulated steel panels; also available with 80-mm-thick panels as an option. The design is technically optimized for loading docks and logistics centers. With the dock system featuring vertical hardware and a special support cable deflection mechanism, the door leaf relief system can be positioned at a height that facilitates maintenance.

"SPRINT" High-Speed Sectional Door

The “SPRINT” high-speed sectional door combines the flexibility of a classic sectional door with an opening speed up to five times faster. This shortens cycle times and saves valuable thermal energy when the door is opened frequently.

Sturdy aluminum or steel panels, tandem rollers, high-quality bearings, and oversized torsion springs ensure smooth operation, rigidity, and a long service life. With a frequency inverter drive, soft start, and many technical options, “SPRINT” is the ideal solution for an energy-efficient and convenient building entrance.

Thermally Optimized Sectional Doors

A well-insulated building facade only reaches its full potential when paired with the right sectional door. For high-frequency use, the “SPRINT” high-speed sectional door is the ideal solution, as it reduces heat loss thanks to its short opening times.

If the door is opened less frequently, a sectional door with 80 mm panel thickness offers a particularly efficient alternative. The sturdy panels feature excellent thermal properties and are available in steel or aluminum, as well as with numerous technical options.

Panel Gallery – Choosing the Right Look

Ten different RAL colors are available as standard for the textured stucco exterior surface of the proven steel panels, at no extra charge. The interior is finished in RAL 9002 as standard.

Gates with aluminum frames can be supplied either in a natural finish or with a high-quality powder coating in the desired color.

Drive & Control

Depending on the gate size, frequency of use, and application, various operating and control options are available. Smaller gates can be operated manually by hand, with a winch, or using a pull cord. For larger or frequently used gates, electric drives are used in momentary, dead-man, or automatic modes. Control is provided via push buttons, pull switches, remote controls, radar sensors, or ground induction loops.

Safety Devices

Depending on the operating mode, drive, and gate design, appropriate safety devices are used. These include spring-break and cable-break protection, slack-cable protection, a safety edge for automatic operation, and finger-pinch protection for low clearance heights. For manually operated gates with a decouplable drive, spring-break protection is required. For additional burglary protection, sliding bolts or a lift-off protection device are recommended.
