The combination of a curved press plate and an inclined press floor enables a higher degree of compaction, allowing for up to 20% more waste capacity.
An inclined press floor also makes the compactor suitable for wet waste, as liquids remain inside the container. This keeps the technical area clean!

All MULTIPRESS compactors are equipped with an integrated fire suppression system as standard, thereby making a significant contribution to preventive fire protection. In the event of a fire, the system enables both operators and firefighters to effectively prevent the fire from spreading to buildings and adjacent structures. By directly connecting a water hose, the compactor can be flooded without having to open or move it.

All PÖTTINGER compactors come powder-coated as standard and are available in all RAL colors. The solvent-free powder coating provides optimal corrosion protection, high durability, and a long service life. After cleaning and sandblasting (RA 2½), the components are primed and coated with a topcoat powder. A minimum coating thickness of 120 µm and curing at approximately 200 °C ensure a particularly robust, impact- and abrasion-resistant surface.

The rear door/hatch comes standard with an 8-point locking system to ensure liquid-tightness. The rear hook is designed as a transport hook as standard and can be used to hook the unit onto a truck.
When opening the rear panel, the operator is always outside the danger zone.
The rear panel can be easily converted from a door to a flap.

PÖTTINGER Multipress containers come standard with a low-noise pump. The machine operates at less than 59 dBA when idling.

Specially mounted, wear-resistant plastic guide strips (left/right/bottom) monitor the press bed and walls. They ensure a long service life and trouble-free operation of the piston. As an added benefit, they help keep the press chamber clean.

The machine can only be started with a transponder—providing greater security and preventing unauthorized use.
