When floor space is limited or the focus is on use with dump trucks, the MULTIPRESS 1.0 compactor offers the ideal solution. Compact in size, powerful in compaction—designed for demanding operating conditions in tight spaces.

With a container volume of 8 to 12 m³ and an exterior width of just 2 meters, the MULTIPRESS 1.0 adapts perfectly to confined spaces. This makes it particularly well-suited for inner-city locations, commercial facilities with limited infrastructure, and applications where flexibility is crucial.

High-Performance Press Technology in a Compact Design

The Multipress stands for the highest quality of workmanship, maximum operational reliability, and durable construction for daily waste management use. Designed for demanding applications, it combines robust technology with well-thought-out functionality.

Optimized compaction geometry ensures improved compaction performance and allows for a fill weight that is up to 20% higher. At the same time, the container is liquid-tight, making it ideal for wet waste. Another advantage is the large filling opening, which allows for convenient and efficient loading. The high-quality automotive-grade paint finish, quiet operation, and maximum operator safety underscore PÖTTINGER’s commitment to quality.

Integrated Fire Suppression System

All MULTIPRESS press containers are equipped with an integrated fire suppression system as standard, thereby making a significant contribution to preventive fire protection. In the event of a fire, the system enables both operators and firefighters to effectively prevent the fire from spreading to buildings and adjacent structures. By directly connecting a water hose, the compactor can be flooded without having to open or move it.

High-Quality Powder Coating

All PÖTTINGER press containers come powder-coated as standard and are available in all RAL colors. The solvent-free powder coating provides optimal corrosion protection, high durability, and a long service life. After cleaning and sandblasting (RA 2½), the components are primed and coated with a topcoat powder. A minimum coating thickness of 120 µm and curing at approximately 200 °C ensure a particularly robust, impact- and abrasion-resistant surface.

Low-noise pump

PÖTTINGER Multipress containers come standard with a low-noise pump. The machine operates at less than 59 dBA when idling.

Hinged Lid and Door Lock

The rear door or tailgate of PÖTTINGER baler containers comes standard with an 8-point locking system and ensures a high level of liquid tightness. The integrated transport hook allows for secure loading onto a truck. The safety release and door catch ensure maximum safety. If requirements change, the rear wall can be easily converted from a door to a flap thanks to its modular design, without the need for extensive modifications.

Operation

All PÖTTINGER press containers come standard with a phase inverter and a connection for a remote control, enabling flexible and safe commissioning. The optional convenience package enhances ease of use and efficiency in daily operation: an automatic full-bin notification system via text message for on-demand and cost-effective pickup, an electric lid opener for convenient handling, and a button for the tipping mechanism for simple and safe operation.

The modular design of PÖTTINGER baler containers allows for retrofitting to any hopper or opening configuration. From the standard baler hood for ground-level loading to the ramp hopper, a wide range of solutions is available to meet various operational requirements.

Tilting devices

PÖTTINGER's tipping devices are versatile and can be mounted directly on a compactor container or used as a stationary or mobile solution. They allow for the easy emptying of DIN-standard containers with capacities ranging from 80 to 1,100 liters directly into the compactor.

With the falconic web platform, operators and service partners can monitor their entire container fleet 24/7—on a computer or via mobile device. Status, fill levels, and operational conditions are available in real time, and malfunctions can be quickly analyzed and resolved remotely.

Pickup cycles are automatically determined based on current fill levels and efficiently integrated into collection routes—resulting in fewer empty trips and optimally coordinated waste disposal processes.
